1930's - 40’s Vintage MEXICAN Brooch Pin Sterling Silver Pre Colombian Design Arrows & Dangles Marked

This Early Mexican Sterling Silver Brooch features a 1” round overlay with geometric design & looped sterling silver wires in a sun or floral format. There are (4) arrows, each measuring 2 1/8” long and serve as a background setting, with (6) sterling silver long drop dangles at the base. The pin clasp is made with a rabbit ears safety clasp & an old style tension pin-joint. This is a very interesting design and could be a “warrior’s symbol” shield with arrows.

This brooch is in excellent condition – Age: 1930’s – 1940’s – Marked “STERLING” and “MEXICO”. The word “MEXICO” is partially worn.
