Measuring about 1 by 3 inches at the base, with the figures themselves being a maximum of about 1.5 by 3.5 inches, this is a set of old art deco bird knife rests from France. There are four of them, all signed YORET, made in France, and all stamped. They look like silver or silver plate. They are in good shape except for the tarnish. This is a terrific set of white metal knife rests: they look like silver or pewter. There are twelve 2-sided figural animal rests; three each of geese, fish, jack rabbits, and fish. Condition looks great, possibly unused, and they come in their original velvet-lined box.
