Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer to pay shipping on items, HOWEVER we have many FREE SHIP USA ITEMS: these do NOT include insurance (recommended as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of an uninsured item). Please add the amount indicated in the item description if you would like insurance.

SOME items are FREE SHIP & INSURANCE and will be so designated in the description of the item.

Restocking Fee:
