About Us
Asheville-estore is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Bill handles the logistics of packing & shipping and book keeping (no small undertaking!). Mia handles the photos, descriptions & listing process, and we work together to answer questions.

We have a client base of over 400 people. Many of our items come from estates, or from folks who are downsizing, and prefer not to do their own listing for a variety of reasons. We are privileged to list a huge variety of collectibles and vintage items and we are careful to accept only good quality items that are in good condition. No chipped, cracked, or scratched up items!

We have listed over 17,500 items during this time, and collected over 6,400 positive feedback comments from our buyers (many of whom purchase multiple items) because we take great care with our listings and with our careful packing and shipping. We love satisfied buyers and we feel that return customers are the nicest compliment we can be given.

Many of our clients will bring us 20 to 50 items at a time to be listed online. We feel we have a duty to both our buyers and our sellers for honesty, fairness and accuracy. Generally, if you take the time to stand in the other persons shoes, you end up doing the right thing. We do our best to reveal any flaws or problems, but being human, we may miss something once in a while. If we do, it is never intentional - and on the very few occasions that we have had seller clients who "forgot" to reveal flaws to us, we have refused to list their items. However, we can't deal with problems if we aren't aware that they exist so please contact us with any concerns.
