As a consumer myself, I personally know and appreciate the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. I do my best to respond to orders and email inquiries within a 24 hour period, typically it's sooner than that.

I take a great deal of pride in my work and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I stand behind my work 100%. That is why I offer a full refund, no questions asked! Just send me an email letting me know you intend to return the item and return the item to me within 7 days of receiving it. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping/insurance costs when an item is returned (and I do not reimburse for this cost). All items must be returned with the original packaging.

I ship within 24 hours (typically it's sooner) after confirmation of Pay-pal payment. Sorry, but for locations outside the U.S., I only accept Pay-pal with Pay-pal CONFIRMED addresses.

I really do appreciate customers who come back to my shop and will offer a 10% discount for all those returning customers. This discount can not be combined with other promotions that I may be offering in my shop.

I typically ship International mail using USPS, First Class International shipping. If you prefer a different method, please let me know ahead of time. Ruby Lane automatically calculates the shipment cost based on First Class shipping rates and weight of package.

I do not offer insurance for international shipments (unless you wish to pay for priority mail) and cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during the shipping process.

**I do not ship to Italy or Mexico**

International shipments - I only accept Pay-pal with a Pay-pal CONFIRMED address!

You Do Not Need a Pay-pal account to pay by credit card!

~~If you are paying by credit card, choose PAY-PAL as a payment method when checking out. At checkout, select the "use credit card or bank account without a PAY-PAL account" option. You will be sent to Pay-pal's secure website. There, you will select your credit card option. When you enter your credit card information, you are entering it on Pay-pal's secure site. Pay-pal securely stores that information. Artistic Crystal Jewelry does not see or have any access to your credit card information.

Money orders and personal checks must first clear my bank (anywhere from 4 - 10 days) before I will ship your item. I will notify you via email when the check or money order has cleared.
