As a consumer myself, I personally know and appreciate the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. I do my best to respond to orders and email inquiries within a 24 hour period, typically it's sooner than that.

I take a great deal of pride in my work and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I stand behind my work 100%. That is why I offer a full refund, no questions asked! Just send me an email letting me know you intend to return the item and return the item to me within 7 days of receiving it. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping/insurance costs when an item is returned (and I do not reimburse for this cost). All items must be returned with the original packaging.

I ship within 24 hours (typically it's sooner) after confirmation of Pay-pal payment. Sorry, but for locations outside the U.S., I only accept Pay-pal with Pay-pal CONFIRMED addresses.

I really do appreciate customers who come back to my shop and will offer a 10% discount for all those returning customers. This discount can not be combined with other promotions that I may be offering in my shop.

I have always been fascinated with artisan jewelry, not just for the beauty of it, but also for the incredible amount of thought, detail and preparation that goes into making a one-of-a-kind and truly unique piece.

I began making jewelry as a hobby, but after receiving rave reviews about my jewelry from family and friends, I decided to turn my hobby into a business. In June 2007, I opened my website on Ruby Lane. I'm just thrilled and honored to be here among some very talented artists. Ruby Lane has a reputation for high quality and spectacular service and that's a perfect match for my business.

I strive to make unique pieces of jewelry. I am constantly thinking of new and innovative ways to combine and form beads and strands to create that one-of-a-kind piece. I have several collections, including my "Layers" and "Intimates" line of jewelry. Both of which have been very popular on my site. I also have the great honor of having some of my jewelry published in Beadtrends Magazine November and December 2009 issues. It's such an incredible feeling to see my work in print!
