Irises in the Garden - Fine Silver, Pearl, and Stone Necklace

Don't you love the gorgeous purple irises in the Spring set against a backdrop of green leaves and grass?

The pendant is made from PMC (Precious Metal Clay .999 Fine Silver)an environmentally friendly product made using fine silver particles recycled from old film negatives, combined with organic binders, then fired in my kiln until the binders burn off, leaving .999 pure silver.. Once fired, the pendant was tumbled for smoothness, oxidized for depth, and polished for shine.

The pendant hangs an additional 1 1/2" from an adjustable 16-17" necklace made from gorgeous amethyst nuggets, sterling silver, and shiny green pearls. I believe the pearls are freshwater, but they were not labeled when I purchased them at a recent gem show so it is possible they are synthetic. They have a pretty green shine.

This necklace will be carefully packed in a pretty little gift box which will be shipped inside a padded mailer.

The back of the pendant is lightly signed with my initial and marked .999 for fine silver.
