RS Prussia – Tillowitz Tray – Pink Hibiscus and Gold Trim

A simple shape but gorgeous flowers make this tray stand out. Various shades of pink and white hibiscus grace the surface, while a delicate gold trim laces around the edge. The background is green and yellow, and handles are double cut into the ends. This tray has the blue RS Tillowitz mark which dates it to the 1930s.

Measurements are 11” by 8” and about 1/2" high. Condition is very good with the exception of a spot on the edge where the yellow glaze has come off (about 3/8” x 1/8”). The gold rim is also rubbed, although the gold decoration is in very good condition. The flower decals are also in excellent condition. There are no chips or cracks on this piece.

This is a fun piece of later RS Prussia. It would be a great one to use with guests at a summer party – or to display.
