It's not too early to begin thinking about Christmas! Look at all our gift possibilities - and let us gift wrap for you!
But how to pay for the ring? Of course, the Balfour Budget Bank for Class Ring! Save your dimes until they add up to $5. Can you believe it? Only five dollars for a gold class ring.
A lot of money then, of course. And gee, the bank was colored gold too. This, of course, was in the 1920s and 30s. Not today with gold exceeding $800 an ounce!
Considering the condition, this example may have been used for more than one class ring. It shows wear and tear of a used 70 to 90 year old bank. There is the typical edge-wear and scratches on both the front and the back. No corrosion whatsoever, on the front or edges. There is just a little on the back at the opening point, and near the bottom.
But still……this bank is hard to come by in any condition. And this one works too.
