This beautiful soft-as-silk satin glass dresser box would look beautiful on an old dresser or in an art glass collection. The hand painted flowers on the lid add grace to the nicely shaped, blown glass box. The background glass is colorless, although it seems to pick up a slight pink tinge depending on what is behind it.

It measures 5" at its widest and is about 3.25" tall. The hinge and clasp are nice and tight; the glass has no scratches or chips. It was probably made at the end of the 1800s or early 1900s, and has survived for 100 years to find its way into your home.
