Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship USPS Priority Mail only. There is a fixed flat $5.00 shipping charge within the US which includes mandatory insurance. Shipping via USPS International and mandatory insurance for shipments going outside the US will be determined and added to your purchase order. This is necessary due to the fact that we live "on the road". We have a USPS scale on board and an account so that we may print prepaid shipping labels on-line and drop packages off where ever we may be.

Purchase more than one item at one time and I will ship them together (if possible) to save you money on shipping.

Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of our careful packaging, this must be handled through the USPS with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the USPS will request to examine it.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
