Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. Payment is expected with - in 24 hrs. unless other arrangements have been discussed. We will combine shipping on multiple purchases and ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
We are unable to ship to locations where insurance is not available. For other locations where insurance is available, but you REFUSE it..you are taking sole responsibility and we are not liable once the item(s) is mailed...period..no fuss..
Additional note;
DUE TO POSTAL delivery delay in ITALY, I will only ship to this country with the understanding that your item(s) may take up to ten weeks to arrive. This is out of my control. If you do not agree to wait this time period for your shipment, I retain the right to close the purchase order. I am very sorry for this inconvenience, however, I am happy to ship with this understanding. Please be patient, your item will arrive eventually! Check customs regularly. I reserve the right to cancel any order I deem necessary.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a re-stocking fee.We will do what it takes to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.
Other Information:
If you are a resident of Arizona...there will be a tax of 8.5%tax... unless you supply us with the information needed to fill out the Arizona Resale Certificate.You will need an Arizona Tax #.
