This Serene Oil on Canvas "Seascape with Sailboats" is in Excellent Overall Condition, c. 19th-Early 20th Century. Signed in the Bottom Left Corner: "Steppe Romain" (1859-1927). Steppe studied at the Belgian School. He painted Landscapes with Animals, Seascapes, and Marine Scenes. He Traveled in England, Holland, and France. Finally Settling in Antwerp, he Exhibited there form 1887 Onwards. Measuring 37"H X 49"W Framed. Serious Inquires are Welcome.
