Our Service Pledge To You:
We respond to Purchase Orders and Questions very promptly, always within 24 hours. We ship same day as payment is received, in sturdy boxes, well padded and secure. Definitions of condition are as follows; Excellent means no visible damage or wear. Very good is some slight wear, appropriate to the age of the piece, no damage that would affect the wear-ability of the item. Good would indicate some small damage or wear; details will be given in the description. I do not sell damaged or excessively worn items. The only exception would be a “repair lot”, or item listed as needing repair. If I miss something I do apologize, and will take the item back for credit.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Domestic Shipping is only $4 and includes insurance and delivery confirmation. I always combine shipping and add just $1 per additional item up to $10 max. International shipping is $5 to most countries, and includes insurance, which is required. I accept Postal money orders & money Orders drawn on a US bank only. International money orders must be in US funds and purchased from the post office. I will ship to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Holland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Samoa, Scotland, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Wales. IF YOU COUNTRY is NOT listed, I can only ship using Express Mail, which includes insurance and costs $29 USD. Please check with me if you are unsure and I will will give you a quote for shipping of the package. ALL packages will be insured regardless of destination, thank you. Additional note; DUE TO POSTAL delivery delay in ITALY, I will only ship to this country with the understanding that your item(s) may take up to six weeks to arrive. This is out of my control. If you do not agree to wait this time period for your shipment, I retain the right to cancel the purchase order. I am very sorry for this inconvenience, however, I am happy to ship with this understanding. Please be patient, your item will arrive eventually! Check customs regularly.

Restocking Fee:
I charge a $2 restocking fee per item, I will waive this charge if you accept shop credit instead of refund. If you simply change your mind on an item purchased, please let me know immediately. I will issue a credit for a future purchase from my shop as soon as I receive the item back from you. I REQUIRE that you contact me with your intention to return within seven (7) days. I make every effort to list each item with clear, close, detailed pictures and to describe any flaws of which I am aware. If I have missed something, I apologize. Please communicate with me via email and I will make every effort to resolve the problem. Items which have been altered at your request are not returnable, I am sorry. I want your shopping experience to be truly wonderful and for you to enjoy the treasures you find here!
