Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I do not ship to countries where tracking is not available.

I do all shipping on the Saturday following cleared payment.

Returned items must be shipped and insured at the buyer's expense within 3 days of my authorization for return. I do not accept unauthorized returns.

Loss or damage is covered by insurance. Should merchandise arrive damaged, please let me know immediately. Save all packaging material along with the merchandise as it may be subject to inspection by the shipper. If an item is damaged or lost during transit, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pursue cost recovery via terms & conditions of the shipper.

I do not refund if buyer does not purchase Shipping Insurance and item is lost or damaged.

If an item is returned to me at my approval, the customer will ensure that the documents accompanying the parcel are filled out correctly so that I do not incur any fees to accept the returned parcel, failure to do so will result in the parcel not being accepted by me and the sale will be considered final.

Buyers responsible for all customs/duties/taxes/brokerage and other fees related to shipping.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
PayPal payments are to be made immediately following receipt of Purchase Order. PayPal payments must have a CONFIRMED address.

I ship every Saturday (usually earlier, depending on my work schedule).
