This Italian Leather Handbag is a 'Bergé ' by Pierre Bergé - partner of Yves. St. Laurent and CEO of Yves. Saint Laurent until 2002. Highly protective and invested in the reputation and legacy of Saint Laurent Couture, Bergé was known as the "Dean of Yves Saint Laurent".

This supple designer leather handbag retails for hundreds of dollars new. The brand is indeed the couture of high fashion.

Burgundy leather studded handbag measures 9" X 7" X 4". Handbag has one zippered inside pocket.

Carries the 'Bergé' mark of authenticity inside as well as on the zipper pull. Overall condition is excellent with the exception of one tiny missing stud that will not be noticed unless you know it its there. I have included a picture of this - the missing stud is on the side of the handbag making it very much less noticeable than if it were on the front.

The zipper works wonderfully and does not snag.

Color is a wine burgundy with almost "Japanned" silver accents.

Smells like brand new leather and is so luxurious, the moment that you feel this leather you will completely understand why women are willing to hundreds (even thousands) for a 'Bergé' by Yves. Saint Laurent.
