I believe that this coin purse is from the 1920's. It is marked "EAM in an arrow", this is an early Elgin hallmark. It would have been worn on the wrist. There are a few dark spots on the back, I have not tried to clean it. The inside is clean and the mirror is very clear. It is a very nice unusual chain that I have seen used on deco style jewelry.
