This is a very large black Scottie dog plaster bank. It stands 10 1/4" tall and 9" across. There are remains of red paint on the body as if he had a painted red sweater at one point. There are also a few places where the white plaster shows through. I have taken several pictures for your inspection. I do not know the maker or the date that this was made. I imagine in the 1940's to 1950's. There is a coin in the bank.
