We have a great reputation we've worked hard to attain, and which we do all we can to keep & improve. Please expect response from us within 24 hours, (normally far less). Rarely, both of us travel together, and that may necessitate a slightly longer response time.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We prefer to use USPS whenever possible, and require all packages to be insured. If you prefer another method of shipment, please mention it. We charge only actual expense of shipment/insurance, except in the case of larger items which must have special wood crates built. Wood crate charge, when applicable (larger or very fragile items), is a flat $30.00.

Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee, but we don't refund shipping costs and non-recoverable fees paid through Paypal, for instance.

Other Information:
7.75% sales tax applicable for shipments/sales within the state of California, no exceptions. If you are within CA and are a dealer buying for resale, you must provide us your active resale certificate # and acknowledgment of intent to resell or we will have to collect sales tax. No exceptions.
