3/14/08: Gold is over $1000 an ounce! Looks like it weighs twice it's 26 grams, and is a stunning compliment to any outfit, casual or elegant, when on the wrist. Tested and confirmed 18K with our MIZAR, at least on the ample clasp and also the gold bars that secure the 3 mesh panels. The mesh panels, however, test at 14K, so it's a bit confusing. Gorgeous, though, even combined as it is (18K AND 14K yellow gold), it's a beauty and it's sure to please. Rather unique in style, it comes to us in an antique Milan jeweler's bracelet box and we will leave it there for our buyer. I do not know if the bracelet is old enough to be original, but would rather think it to be about 50 years too new for it. Still, a lovely way to preserve and present it. You'll love wearing this one! Can be unisex - is 7.5" long so will go from his wrist to hers and back again with ease.

Beautifully preserved, the bracelet is superb on the wrist. A unique one that feels like - well, like solid gold sliding on my wrist, which is just how it should feel. Note the 2 types of gold used, 18K for clasp and the gold bars that secure the mesh bands, and 14K for the gold mesh bands, themselves. Interesting!
