Antique French 14pc Sterling Silver & Mother of Pearl Knife Set

Fabulous antique French Charles X era FOURTEEN piece sterling silver & mother of pearl 7 3/4" entremet, fruit or desert knives set, elegant styling with silver medallions and wonderful condition! Just about as fine as they come, solid shimmering mother of pearl and old French hallmarked sterling silver! The blades and handle fittings are in sterling, matching French hallmarks with the exception of four blades with Frankfurt .812 marks (possibly replaced blades as all the handles match perfectly. Silversmith marks read 'C.M.' though I'm not finding reference to it. 1819-1838 French 'Michel-Ange' hallmarks, 1st titre designating .950 silver content so they're over the .925 standard for sterling silver. A superb set, don't miss them!

Excellent condition. No damage or repair to note other than the possibility that the four differently hallmarked blades could be replacements (antique replacements if so). See pictures for measurements.
