Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship via US Priority Mail and UPS Ground unless otherwise stated. We require insurance on all packages. We combine shipping whenever possible; however, please let us use our discretion on whether items can be safely combined. We normally charge actual shipping and insurance; however, special packaging may occasionally require a nominal packing fee. Returned items must be shipped and insured at the buyer's expense within 3 days of our authorization for return. We do not accept unauthorized returns.

Restocking Fee:
Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, exclusive of shipping, handling, and insurance costs.

Other Information:
Please do not order items "on approval". Loss or damage is covered by insurance. We will assist in filing claims. Should merchandise arrive damaged, please let us know immediately. Save all packaging material along with the merchandise as it may be subject to inspection by the carrier.

We accept payment via PayPal (PayPal transfers, PayPal e-checks, and MasterCard or Visa); US Money Orders and US Bank Cashiers Checks; and Western Union Online payments. Payment in US funds only. We do NOT accept personal checks under any circumstances. Payment must be received within 10 days of acknowledgment of your order. If we do not receive payment within 10 days, we reserve the right to clear your order and offer the item for sale in our shop.
We offer lay-a-way for items selling for $200 or more. Lay-a-way requires 1/3 down and 2 additional payments of 1/3 each over 60 days. No additional fees. Lay-a-ways are not refundable or returnable.
