Antique Pink Cased Art Glass Lamp with Applied Handles

A stunning antique art glass lamp measuring just over 24" tall to top of finial and having a fixed harp, solid brass cap and ornate scrollwork on the brass bottom which fully encases the base of the glass vase. The vase portion is exquisite--beautifully blown pink cased opaque glass with applied clear pink glass handles. The vase portion is approximately 9 1/2" tall and about 7 1/4" in diameter at its widest. The glass is in excellent condition with one small graze to the outer portion just under the brass cap and a manufacture anomaly/bubble in the base of one of the handles as can be seen in the photos. While the lamp retains its original double silk wrapped cord, this must be replaced before use as the wires are cracked. We believe this lamp dates to the 1920's or 1930's and is most likely Venetian/Italian in origin and may be early Murano glass. It is stunningly beautiful.
