A large and elegant classically shaped pitcher of green glass with arched clear reeded handle and matching twisted stem, heavily gilded and with a typical 18th century portrait scene transferred to the large gold panel on the front of the pitcher. 11 3/4" tall with a base diameter of 4 1/2". There are no chips or cracks. There is some age appropriate wear to the gilding and some ash specs trapped in the glass. This is a very showy piece with great eye appeal.
