One of Venini's most recognized designs is this fabulous "bullicante" or bubble glass bowl. Thick-walled with perfectly spaced and controlled graduated size bubbles, this bowl measures 4 3/4" across and almost 3" high, and it weighs almost 2 lbs. It is signed with the early acid etched "Venini Murano Italia" mark as pictured. No chips or cracks, considerable shelf wear to the base and some expected interior bottom use marks can be seen when the bowl is held to strong light. A beautiful work of art from the finest name in Murano glass.
