A really stunning large and heavy blown green glass rose bowl with crimped rim by Blenko, one of America's favorite makers of handblown glass. It measures 5 3/4" high and is about 7" in diameter. The color is a beautiful, rich green with a hint of blue. The bowl has a smooth polished pontil, typical of Blenko manufacture. There are no chips or cracks, an occasional small bubble in the glass, and honest shelf wear on the base. It weighs a bit over 4 lbs! A very attractive piece, great for display as art glass or to fill with your favorite flowers.
