Much prettier in person than our photos show is this elegant Early American Pattern Glass tall open compote or comport in U.S. Glass' Reverse 44 or Athenia pattern, also known as Paneled 44. Top diameter is 6 1/2" and height is 8 3/4". The mold on this piece is sharp and the glass beautifully clear--our photos just do not capture the clarity and sparkle! The entire piece is free of chips, cracks, and scratches with minimal shelf wear. Definitely a "best example" of this lovely pattern, made in 1912. It weighs 2 1/2 lbs.
