1870's EAPG Portland Antique Glass Cruet

A beautiful antique glass cruet in the "Portland" pattern, made by the Portland Glass Company, Portland, Maine, in the late 1870's. Stands 7 5/8" tall to top of faceted stopper. It has wide, thick panels and a "cut-shut" mark on the bottom. The glass in is wonderful condition--sparkling clear. The stopper top is fine; there is a smooth shallow flake to the bottom of the stopper. This is a well taken care of piece of early American pattern or pressed glass--does not appear to have ever been used.
