Antique EAPG Bryce Higbee Feathered Medallion Cakestand c. 1905

Beautiful Early American Pressed or Pattern Glass antique cake stand from Bryce Higbee in their #15 pattern, also called Feathered Medallion. Dates to 1905. Fluoresces yellow under black light. Measures 9 3/8" in diameter and 4 5/8" tall. Scalloped raised rim and slightly notched or zippered stem. In very nice condition with a some minor light scratches attesting to its 100 years of use, and there are 4 small flaws to the top of the base--two may be from manufacture as they look like bubble pops, the other two are shallow 1/8" chips; there are also some very tiny black specks on the base which we think are part of manufacture as glass of this era often contained occlusions. A wonderful antique piece!
