An exquisite hand painted Lenox American Belleek tankard mug in superb condition, measuring 5 3/8" tall. This mug is painted in the most beautiful shade of pale green fading to pink/rose with a hint of violet. The leaves are perfectly shaded around the berries--or perhaps they're grapes or currants--note the shading on the fruit and the tiny black dot tips--stunning! Note how the artist took the extra step of continuing a green leaf onto the handle so as not to interrupt the design. As stated, this piece is in excellent condition with its gold rim edge intact and absolutely no chips, cracks, or damage. It is marked on the bottom with the green Lenox Belleek mark as pictured. I notice some white spots and streaks in the photos--rest assured these are light reflection and not imperfections!
