SALE Rare Wicker Wrapped Perfume Bottle German Vintage Mouson Lavender

This is absolutely a first for me! I purchased this from an antiques dealer in Miami, who got it from a local estate. I have only been able to find out that the actual perfume, Mouson Lavender, has been around since the late 1800s. My research has turned up nothing similar except a contemporary bottle created for the tourist trade in the Caribbean Islands.

This rare and wonderful bottle is encased in wicker, with a flip up wicker top that covers the ivory colored plastic screw cap. It smells like the lavender perfume it used to contain--mmmm nice! It stands 6.5 inches tall and is 3 inches wide. It has the original label which says "Mouson Lavender, Mouson & Co. Frankfort a Main, Germany." It is in very good condition without any loose wicker. Obviously, I haven't seen the bottle it hides. There is fading and wear to the label as shown in the photos.
