This is a gorgeous French perfume bottle created by Clermont. I took this bottle to an appraiser who specializes in perfume bottles and neither or us could discover anything about this manufacturer except that there is a town in France named Clermont! However, I was told that this is Baccarat quality, which I had already guessed by looking at it and by the weight of the piece.

So, what we have is a French high quality perfume bottle that is number 28 of a limited edition of 600, as you can see in the photos, it is signed on the bottom and numbered.

This lovely bottle measures 4 inches tall and is 8.75 inches in circumference, with the base at 1.5 inches. It has a lovely thumb print type of pattern and gold gilding all around it. It is in need of a new atomizer bulb as you can see. There is some wear to the gilding and a bit of pitting to the metal cap as I've tried to show in the photos. It is marked "Claremont, France, 28/600." There are no chips, cracks or other issues that I can see. I have not cleaned this bottle other than to dust it.
