REDUCED Vintage Women's Lib Pinkie Ring Unusual ca. 1970s

This is the first one of these I've seen. It is a vintage ring that has three charms that dangle and they spell out "LIB." I believe that this is gold plate over metal as it has a few hash marks where it has previously been cut to test for gold.

I also think this is a pinkie ring because it is a size 4.25. I wear a 5.5 and it fits on my pinkie. Definitely a piece to wear to make a statement, or to collect as memorabilia from the time of the push for the equal rights amendment.
