For your consideration I present a truly wonderful piece of European art. This French pastoral scene is beautifully executed in a traditional European style by artist Andre' DeLuc, who was born in Paris in 1936. He studied at Beaux Arts and became an Art Professor at Paris High School and continued working as an artist, exhibiting regularly in different places.

This lovely country scene depicts a shepherd with his sheep, a wonderful bridge and trees, and a village church in the background. It is easy to detect his classical training in this beautiful oil painting. It is signed "DeLuc" in the left corner bottom. The frame, etc. are as it was found, and in good vintage condition. There are a couple of small nicks to the frame but the painting itself is in excellent condition.
