Edwardian Sterling Bracelet with Red Cabochon

For your consideration, I am pleased to present one of the prettiest sterling silver jewelry pieces I've found in a long time. This Edwardian piece is exquisite in the detail of the filigree work, a hallmark of fine Edwardian jewelry. This bracelet sports a large red cabochon set into a silver mount that forms the focus of this piece. The cabochon may be a carnelian but it hasn't been tested.

This is marked sterling on the center piece and on the clasp it is marked "Sterl." The clasp is a pressure type, you have to press it down and hold it to hook the other end. It measures between 6.25 and 6.5 inches, although I usually wear a size 7 to 7.5 and it fits me comfortably. This is not supposed to slide up and down your arm but hang between your hand and delicate wrist!

It is in excellent condition and would be an elegant addition to any antique jewelry collection.
