This beautiful green depression glass cookie jar, with original lid, was made by Hocking Glass Company from 1930 – 1934. Design is referred to as Cameo, Ballerina or Dancing Girl. A lovely ballerina is featured in every other cartouche going around the jar.

Cookie jar measures 7 1/2 inches to top of finial and approximately 5 1/4 inches across.

Jar is in excellent condition, bright and clear, with only a few light surface scratches. Nothing to be concerned about. I found only two very teensy pinpoint chips to the inner rim. Design is crisp and nicely elevated.

Cover looks perfect on the outside. Inner rim has a series of chips in a one inch section, and another area that looks like a large chip, but running a finger over it, it appears to be on the inside of the glass. A small chip can be felt on the edge of the rim in that area. Both of these can be positioned toward the back, so the front will look perfect. Cover is bright and clear, with no scratches and a crisp design.

Price reflects damage to lid.
