Vintage hand-appliqued, hand-quilted Medallion quilt. 81" x 85". Horizontal appliques at bottom, top, and sides. Cotton. Muslin back. Thin cotton batting. Quilted to pattern, diagonal and vertical grid, feather wreath. Finely and heavily quilted all over with exquisite quilting in white reserves. Narrow applied straight grain pink binding on four scalloped edges. Very good condition. Very minor fading and expected wear. New York State. c.1930.
