This looks like it could have been a Cracker Jack prize from the 1950's or earlier.The fish monster is flocked green with reddish flippers and lips.There is no mark but he is made in two pieces front and back and the gold toned back is etched in a fish detail.Could be Italian. 1 1/2 inches.Very light weight.
