Lovely Vintage Candy Basket - Golden Maire - Sebring

Vintage lovely candy basket in ceramic and metal (no marks, may be chrome) in the Golden Maire pattern from Sebring Pottery. Made in the 1940's, the ceramic bowl has a golden yellow background with bright floral designs. The metal rim and handle have a cut out and etched floral design. The handle swings from an upright position to a side position. The bottom reads 'Made for Farberware' 'The Sebring Pottery Co', 'Sebring Ohio' 'U.S. Pat. Off No. 230.442'. In excellent condition overall, with a pit mark on each side of the under part of the bowl - not noticeable from a normal view. See side photo for an example of these marks. Very lovely vintage piece!
