Wonderful vintage Nippon celery dish in excellent condition. Oblong shape with ends curved up reminiscent of a canoe shape. Beautiful hand-painted design of flowers on a branch on a green background. Gold on rim is a little worn with age. Tiny moriage texture in gold all around rim. There is a stylized geometric design on the outside of the dish on each end in gold. Bottom has the green 'M' in wreath Nippon mark with 'Hand-painted', 'Nippon'. What a wonderful and unusual piece!
