Here is a beautiful hand-painted Nippon small vase with double handles, signed on the front lower left. In excellent condition, with only some normal wear on the gold rim and handles. Bottom has the green M in wreath mark, aging this piece to between 1911 and 1921. The painting on the front depicts dogwoods in purple and white, with some brown leaves. A geometric design is painted at the top that changes to a simpler geometric with stylized flower in back. The back has a simple wisp of the brown leaves. Beautifully painted, it is a wonderful example of the Nippon era.
