Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling , insurance....and NY state Sales tax of 8.25%

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all items returned....

Other Information:
***LAY~A~WAY : we will allow lay~a~way at 0% interest... payments will be made monthly by the 15th of each month. we will send a reminder invoice with your current balance due each month...25% is due down and all payments will be at a fixed rate determined by the shop owner.if you do not contact us or do not make a payment for 60 days your item will be returned to our shop,your money will not be refunded .
