~ Alternative Investments For Today's Collector's ~ All Offers Welcome~Thank-you for visiting !
Though unmarked, the porcelain is that of early Nippon, the bluish grey coloring of the porcelain as well as the translucent nature as you hold the piece to the light are but a couple tell tale signs that this is Nippon.....it is just stunning in real life,my pictures do not do its beauty justice...
It stands 6" tall to the top of the handle and 5 1/2" tall to the top of the spout,it is 6"w x 4 1/4" w with a circumference just a bit shy of 18" around....each step from the gold,to the applied handles,to the body of the vase itself and the hand painting requires a different and separate firing.....a great deal of time and thought went into the creation of this beauty....
**Thank you for finding our little shop ~ do pardon any glare from my picture taking, all items are described to the best of our ability ,this listing is only for the Nippon Pitcher as described ~ any other items seen in the picture are there for display purposes and listed separately for sale ~
