Information

This print of a horse called "Phosphorus" is a stipple engraving with later hand coloring which further enhances the print. It is typical of the early 19th century English sporting prints which were very popular and were referred to as "transactions of the turf."

Size and Condition

The print is nicely matted and ready for a frame. The size with mat is approximately 8 1/2" x 10 1/2". Overall condition is very good.
