Offering wonderful examples of hand painted LIMOGES, MEISSEN, NIPPON, ROSENTHAL and R.S. PRUSSIA...just to name a few!
The back bears the identifying mark of the Tressemann & Vogt Porcelain Factory, (underglaze white ware mark in green, initials with "FRANCE, DEPOSE")...dating this charming piece to between 1892 and 1907, but more likely about 1900 as referenced by the "Collector's Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain", 3rd Edition, by author Mary Frank Gaston.
This beautiful dish measures 9 3/8" long and 5 1/8" wide. It is in excellent condition...with no chips, cracks, hairlines or restoration of any kind.
A stunning, well painted example of antique Limoges porcelain to be displayed or used for serving, or in your powder room filled with decorative soaps for your guests! To be enjoyed for a lifetime!
Thank you for your interest!
