Offering wonderful examples of hand painted LIMOGES, MEISSEN, NIPPON, ROSENTHAL and R.S. PRUSSIA...just to name a few!
The undersides are painted in a soft buttercream hue to match the front. As shown in the photographs, the back bears the identifying Mark 3, (underglaze white ware mark in green with "LIMOGES" and "FRANCE") of the William Guerin & Company Porcelain Factory, dating this wonderful tray to between 1900 and 1932.
This truly beautiful bon-bon tray measures 11" across and 6 3/4" wide, and is in "excellent" condition...with no hairlines, chips, cracks, or restoration of any kind! The gilded edge and handle are in very good condition as well.
What a wonderful tray to serve pastries, candy or nuts to your visiting guests. Not only is it beautiful to our eyes, but it has "elegant practicality" as well! A wonderful example of fine quality, beautifully hand painted antique Limoges porcelain.
Thank you for your interest!
