Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays REASONABLE shipping cost.
Items shipped via Priority Mail via USPS with NO handling charge.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
VIRGINIA RESIDENTS are required to add 5% state sales tax unless Buyer has valid tax exempt id number.

Antique Oyster Plates etc is pleased to offer a layaway plan for Buyers that desire to purchase with 2 payments [for 30 days] or 3 payments [for 60 days].

For 30 day layaway... 50% will be due on the date of purchase, and 50% must be received by Seller 30 days after the date of purchase.

For 60 day layaway... 1/3 will be due on the date of purchase. 1/3 must be received by Seller 30 days after the date of purchase. Final 1/3 must be received by Seller 60 days after the day of purchase.

Item[s] will be shipped as soon as full purchase price has been received.

Antique Oyster Plates, etc reserves the right to terminate the layaway transaction without further notice and to re-list the item[s] for sale without any further obligation to a Buyer who becomes in default of their layaway plan, as agreed to at the time of purchase..

Any partial payments made by defaulting Buyer will be forfeited at time of Buyer's non-payment/default of their layaway plan's required payment schedule.
