This fantastic pitcher stands 6 inches high. It has a basket weave design in a beautiful turquoise blue color with bright pink hibiscus flowers. What is unusual is the golden design around the top border. The base shows an English registry mark but unfortunately it is unreadable. England stopped using this mark in 1883 so we know it dates before that. There is no makers mark.The pitcher has quite a few paint nicks on the basket weave and a few age spots but no cracks or major chips. Please enlarge the pictures to get full detail. It is really a great antique piece!
