Figural Chinese Bronze Casket Trinket Box

This exceptional piece of Chinese artistry was created during the turn of the century. It is made of solid bronze and molded in high relief with hand finishings. The top depicts two Chinese lions while two others climb along the handles. The center is full of characters and the feet are what appear to be the faces of cats or lions. It is in excellent condition with a great patina and a touch of green "vertigris" here and there. It stands 4 inches high and 6 1/4 handle to handle.Unsigned by the maker. A really fabulous piece!
