This is a very fine American Empire Game Table. It is made of Mahogany and Flame Mahogany with a rich, mahogany patina. It is in very good condition.

This is a rare Table. It is a splendid find! While closed the piece is a gorgeous Console Table which can be placed against the wall.

It has a Scalloping Top with a Deep Apron. The Apron is made of Flame Mahogany. A spectacular Acanthus Leaf Cartouche is carved at the center.

The Top opens and is turned on the base to become a Square Game Table. Twisting the Top reveals the Storage Compartment underneath. You can store your cards and game pieces here.

The Table is supported upon a spectacular Pierced Lyre Pedestal. It is stunning!

The Pedestal is connected to a Quadripartite Platform Base with S-Scroll Splayed Legs.

This American Empire Lyre Card Table is a very collectible piece of Americana. It would be a fabulous addition to a Gentleman's' Library or any other room of your home.
